Refund policy

We want every piece to feel right for you. If it doesn't, here's how to go about it.

You have 14 days

You have fourteen (14) days from the day your order arrives to let us know you'd like to return or exchange an item — no need to give a reason. You then have another fourteen (14) days to send it back to us.

When your order arrives

Take a moment to look over your piece as soon as it reaches you. If you notice a fault, any damage or a mistake, write to us first at hello@maisonsfifa.com with a few photos — and before removing the tag. Once the tag is removed, we're no longer able to handle a claim on the item. We'll be glad to find a solution with you.

Size exchange

Not quite the right size? Before thinking about a return, write to us: we'll send you the right size at no shipping cost on our end, subject to availability. All you need to do is send the first piece back to us under the conditions below.

The condition we need it back in

For an item to be taken back or exchanged, it needs to reach us just as you received it: new, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with its tag and packaging. An item that comes back to us worn, washed, perfumed, damaged or incomplete sadly can't be accepted.

Made-to-measure (bespoke) and personalized pieces can't be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a fault — each one is created especially for you.

How to return an item

Write to us at hello@maisonsfifa.com with your order number.
If you like, you can include the withdrawal form (below) — it isn't required.
Send the item back carefully packaged, with the delivery slip, to the return address we'll give you.

Return costs

Return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service: do keep your proof of postage, as we won't be able to issue a refund if the parcel is lost on its way back.

Your refund

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you within fourteen (14) days, to the same payment method you used for your order. The refund covers the price of the item and the original standard delivery cost (not including any express delivery surcharge you may have chosen).

Faulty or incorrect item

If an item reaches you faulty or doesn't match your order, contact us within 14 days at hello@maisonsfifa.com with a few photos, before starting a return. In that case, the return and the refund or replacement are on us.
