Where we deliver
We deliver worldwide. Wherever you are, your order leaves us carefully wrapped.
How long it takes
We prepare your order within 1 to 2 business days. After that, delivery time depends on where you are:

Please bear in mind that delivery may take a little longer than our usual preparation time during busy periods (for example when a new collection launches or during sales). Thank you for your patience, it means a lot to us.
Shipping costs
Costs are calculated based on your destination and shown clearly before you confirm your order, no surprises at the last minute. From time to time we may offer free shipping on certain occasions; the conditions and duration are set out at the time of the offer.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order leaves our hands, we send you a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number, when available, so you can follow it all the way to you.
Customs and taxes
For international deliveries customs duties or local taxes may apply on arrival. They are at your expense and outside our control: they are set by the authorities in your country.

An unusual delay, a lost or damaged parcel? Write to us at hello@maisonsfifa.com. We'll look into it with the carrier and find a solution with you — a re-send or a refund.
